Pan fried scallops on a squid ink cauliflower puree and crispy enoki mushrooms (GF) 

Prosciutto wrapped pork fillet with a fennel salad and apple chutney (GF)

200g char-grilled beef eye fillet, sweet potato galette, garlic roasted mushroom and red wine jus (GF) 

Confit duck Maryland, butternut pumpkin puree, green beans and sage jus (GF) 

House made beetroot parpadelle, cavalo-nero, cherry tomato, peas finished with goats curd (V) 

Sundried tomato and fetta stuffed chicken breast, sweetcorn puree and roasted heirloom carrots (GF) 

Pan roasted barramundi, sautéed ricotta gnocchi, sprouts, crispy bacon and bearnaise foam 


Dessert 

Cinnamon baked pineapple, candied orange sauce and lemon sorbet (GF, Ve) 

Lime pannacotta and raspberry jelly, pistachio crumble and passionfruit cream (GF) 

Baked strawberry and apple strudel, baileys anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream
