We are able to cater for a wide range of functions and events in Newcastle – be it a gala dinner, intimate gathering, wedding or a business conference. It’s also great for celebrations such as end of year awards nights, anniversary and engagement parties. In fact we can cater for almost any party or corporate function you can think of with up to 250 guests.

The hotel will meet all of your needs with four function rooms, each boasting natural light, breakout areas, modern technology and professional friendly service. Abundant free parking is available on site.

There are four spacious, air conditioned, versatile meeting and function venues to choose from. They all open out to the pool, beautifully landscaped hotel gardens and the reserve. We have both indoor and outdoor areas for breakout and catering.

The Apollo is only 10 minute’s drive from the centre of Newcastle and close to it’s amazing beaches. The property is surrounded by bushland and close to the stunning Lake Macquarie. Public transport is readily available and the airport is just 40 minutes drive away.
